You and me both. I don't know if I just have a phobia of enclosed spaces but this demo made me freak out some.
I've always feared open water and I literally had to yank the Rift off my head after about 8 minutes.
I can still feel my heart rate coming down lol.
What the heck. No other demo has affected me in this manner. lol Jeez.

I agree. I don't generally get scared... if someone sneaks up on me, I don't scream... but I do have a phobia of the ocean. The idea of dark water with sharks gets my heart going. Nothing eles on the Rift has made me scream... I actually didn't find it scary in the shallow water, I was alittle nervous, but managed to get comfortable fast and was jumping around at the sharks... but once I fell into the deep water things changed lolol.

Yeah I don't know what it is about this demo, probably just the environment but it has a different 'feel' than the others.

I guess walking underwater isn't your typical place for a human being to be, so there's that. And the looming presence
of predators such as sharks is another. It's stupid because even though I "know" they're not real part of me can't help
but be aware of their presence at all times. Like some sort of survival mechanism. I'd really like to see this demo go further.

It wasn't bad for me but that may be because I'm a scuba diver though and have swam with sharks many times IRL. My mother on the other hand, freaked out a bit
