really doubt they are going to reach the 100,000 buck goal., that seems like way too much to shoot for. we shall see...

A masterfully crafted video retort to someone's critique of the game/mod "Stanley's Parable" (go play it if you haven't, btw).

My concern with these projects is that I feel people are.... overambitious? It's like feature creep taken to the extreme. We know it would be amazing to have a game containing all these things, but the reality is all too often that you end up with 10 mediocre things to do instead of 1 really good, polished thing to do.

look like a cheap production. Ugly graphic with no difference from Second Life. They asked for 100k for that crap? many beautiful games which are 100 times better only ask for a small portion of it. I think $6k pledge right now is already a success to them.
