TDvisor and the PS3

Post by ramdac »

Will the tdvisor be easily connected to consoles, specifically the ps3 since i assume stereo wouldnt be too much of a problem with it nvidia gpu.. Also have any plans with sony been done to see native 3d on the playstation?

Assumed it worked, then the frames should halfe, because of twice the pictures. If the game was optimized exactly for the PS3 then, you might end up with about 12FPS... (maybe more, due to low resolution)
If you were lucky this was just the lower end of the scale.

It would be interesting to know, if there ar (Linux) drivers to make PS3 games S-3D compatible

I read a while ago that some ps2 games are rendered in 3d then flattened.

Im thinking if it was done natively with the nvidia drivers and mulit spe's it should be do-able (with most games)

Interesting interview, nice find! Also, I had no idea those 3d glasses for PS2 worked with so many games. 14% of the PS2 library (in '06) is a lot of titles.
