Earlier this year, a spectacular interactive aerial map of Manhattan, created from images shot from a helicopter and pieced together into a high resolution photo panorama, went viral.

These arent 3d panoramas in the sense that 3d is used on this site. They are regular 2D 360 panoramas like have been around for ever. 3d 360 panoramas do exist though -- eg. mine here

Do you happen to still have the original stereoscopic images ? It would be nice to be able to use them for the Rift.
