 What happened to alternate visual styles?

Post What happened to alternate visual styles?
I used to have a bright black-on-gray visual style when I log in, now it's the same blue-on-black style, and I can't change it back in the forum's User Control Panel... why is that?

Website is having updates done, etc. Things should be close to back to normal in a few days.
