CSGO Counter Strike Global Offensive with mouse and keyboard

Hi, I've set up CSGO with Vireio following the instructions at:

It seems to work pretty well except for the mouse. The mouse buttons and wheel works but moving it doesn't change the view. I can walk around but I can't look in any direction.

Has anyone gotten this to work? I feel like I'm missing something pretty simple.
