Skyrim vireio 2.1.6 can't look up or down??

Hey guys I'm running Skyrim on a Toshiba Satellite, Windows 7, and for some reason I can barely look up or down with vireio running; without perception running it works fine. It's like my character is stuck or something, can anyone help me with this?

are you using a DK2, os SBS?, Try turning off VRBoost.

I'm running it through my phone via splashtop, and I'm using the Homido headset. I'm not sure how to disable VR boost with the new vireio update. It used to recognize I don't have head tracking ability and turn itself off with the old version.
