VireioDLLInstaller does not work, how to do it manually?

Even tho i have "run as admin" selected in the properties of "VireioDLLInstaller.exe" and i'm right-clicking on it and selecting "run as admin" i still get the error "install failed, try again as admin lol".

How do i copy DLLs manually without using VireioDLLInstaller.exe?

Specs:
Vireio 2.1.6
Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

I get the same error with Vireio Perception 3.0.0alpha 3.0.0a.
