L4D2 black screen flicker (mostly in menus and on HUD)

Using Vireio 3.0 alpha2 I'm getting a black screen flicker in menus and on my HUD in some games. Example: L4D2. The main menu flickers black randomly/a lot, and when in game I see black squares with white zombie figures in them in the skybox. And they flicker too. Any idea what my issue is? The test scene works perfectly, as does Skyrim.

I'm running Windows 10, Runtime 0.7, CPU is an i7 5930K, GPU is a GTX 980.
