Hey,
Is there any way to record your gameplay in 360 so you can watch it with headtracking with your Rift? Ive thought that there could be a virtual 360 camera in the game. When its possible to bring a 3D camera in a non 3D game (VorpX vor Tridef), then it should be possible to bring a virtual 360 degree cam in your game which record the whole world around you. What do you think?

seems difficult, as you now have to render all of that. having it also be 3d compound the challenges. the most feasible way for something like that would probably be a game that allows in-engine replays, so you can render it as needed

might be easier to just rig the game to record a demo and let you spectate via free mode.

we are lacking the horsepower to have a player play a game in VR and record a 360° video at the same time (if we are lucky the game alone runs smooth).
But it would be easy to record all action in game instead of recording a video of it - that way it can be recreated on any pc without having to download tons of big 360° video.
