We are experimenting with a Jetson as a development board for the high-end
version of our mobile-VR platform. It's pretty good, but there are a few issues:

.power consumption is decent, but it's not magic. A big enough
battery (@12v) has really pushed up the weight of the unit and is still only
giving us ~40 minutes of wander time

.there is no kernel support yet for wireless adapters

.there is only one "real" USB

. documentation and instant answers from the web are hard to come by. Just figuring out
the expansion header for an I2C bus took days.

The minimum order for the SoC was 250,000 units last we checked, so counting
on a supply means being big or having a big friend. It's not the "supercomputer"
the exec-guy claimed, but it is pretty impressive if you can take the bleeding edges.
