I hope im not out of line by suggesting an Oculus Rift IRC channel, but its getting to the point where i think some of us would like to get into a more realtime chat type environment for those of interested in more collaboration in learning and sharing Oculus Rift related information and insights. I went ahead and created an Oculus rift channel on information below. If you dont know what IRC is just google it and if you want a freeware application to join i suggest KVirc, for simplicity and well...Freeness. I understand the arguments against the IRC and all of those arguments still stand, but in light of those actually trying to learn to develop for this thing a realtime chat would be very useful for those trying to give and also needing assistance in a more realtime sense than what forums can deliver. Also there could be admittedly alot of trash ( Technical questions mainly specific to engines, SDK's, Programming, and all kinds of questions relating to development not suited for the forums). After coherent conclusions are met then maybe forums are the place worth posting this information.

I still prefer mIRC
It's not free though... 30-day trial
But for $20 is has a life-time registration for current and future versions.
disclaimer - I don't know the developer

I use hydraIRC, tho i cant seem to find the site anymore for it. I really grown attached to the Channel monitor and Event logger in it. If I could find another IRC with both those I'd replace it.
