freepie to keyboard

Ok so i was wondering if someone have a script for converting ead movements to keyboard inputs or sending joypadpress to a game.
An example..

looking forward is 90dgr right ? and if looking at a 45dgr angle would send a leftarrow keystroke or a 135dgr angle would send a rightarrow keystroke. How can i manage this ? Please help.

Btw this could benefit the carsim community since that what its for.

The basic idea is using freepie to track head movement and if i look to the left the key for looking left in the game would be emulated. and viseversa..
