Sync issue with two LCDs?

Sync issue with two LCDs?

I've read about using two displays in an HMD having sync issues and how one panel is easier to design around.

On this pagehttp://www.solomon-systech.com/en/press/mipi-ssd2825/, the MIPI 4 lane signal was split into two 2 lane signals for use in dual displays. Would this help with sync issues or does that come from somewhere else in the electronics.
