@Icbribob: you make a good point. At the moment what's out there is more of a proof-of-concept considering the low resolution of the Rift. I've done more work than has been released and what you describe will certainly happen, just don't have anything to release yet
@ThePhilosopher: I agree, once the headset is higher resolution it will help quite a bit. It already looks good enough on the HD kit and I think will be usable at reasonable virtual desktop resolutions on the CV1. Working hard on getting this usable and out at some point for real
