Gesture control ring on Indiegogo

Post by metronome »

Ooo, I've been wanting to get something that does gesture control without needing to be infront of a computer (ie no camera)
It doesn't look too bulky and has a touch surface...

What's everyone's thoughts?

Only off putting thing is that its deliverable in Oct2015!!!

Saying that I think the one on engadget is a safer bet... They've already built it and it has 20hour battery instead of the 3hour one on IG.

So what does everyone think of guesture control rings? What are you excited about using them for?

This totally reminds me of the Nod, I seen it at Oculus Connect.

They are supposed to be shipping soon too.

They looked pretty neat, I preordered a pair I'll report later how they are.

The nod looks pretty big though?
Will be interesting to see what you're able to do with it....

It looks like an abandoned project.
How about gesture control without any rings? I have recently seen LeapMotion, this technology is much more useful.
