So good news, I got it working! Just had to reboot after each step and turn off UAC user account control. I had the nvidia stereoscopic emitter drivers uninstalled and when loading
enablestereo.bat it was asking for the drivers now. So i installed nvidia stereoscopic emitter drivers and now its working. I guess the main problem i was having was the UAC cause once I turned that off and loaded the init_x64.bat and rebooted everything else seemed to work.
I also tested this out with my e-dims on my projector connected to a e-dim dongle with wired glasses. The nvidia stereoconnection is "generic crt monitor" and I can see stereo with my glasses just the same as with my nvidia hardware emitter connected.

Glad its working, now to tell the whole community about it.
