Hey All,

I recently bought 3d vision glasses and a projector which wasn't 3d compatible despite the manufacturers claims (the Dell 1610HD) not to mention it wasn't a very good projector as it wouldn't start when the ambient room temperature was over 20 degrees . Anyways so in order to prove to dell it wouldn't work I had to buy the 3d vision glasses. Of course when i proved they had false advertising and it wouldn't work at a dell authorized reseller (because my notebook isn't 3d vision capable) they took the projector back. However now I have a pair of 3d vision glasses and a notebook which isn't compatible with 3D vision glasses. I was hoping to use these glasses with iZ3D's latest drivers after I buy a new viewsonic projector. However given the nature of the beast I doubt iZ3D will ever make compatible drivers for NVidia's glasses. Then I had a good idea.

If someone with a working 3D vision setup would be so kind as to download the 15 day free trial of http://www.hhdsoftware.com/Products/hom ... nitor.html and be so kind as to capture afew sessions of the usb traffic that are going to/from the glasses, perhaps I can synthesize some kind of simple driver/application which can go as a go between for the glasses.

If anyone else is keen to try and do this with me let me know, but I think what would be needed is a couple of USB packet logs from the time of plugging it in through playing one game, closing it and perhaps starting another and closing that too.
