Hi Guys! I am new here but would like to say hello to everyone and wish you all a good day. I have been posting some questions concerning a samsung hl61a750 3d ready dlp set i have purchased for viewing stereoscopic 3d movies on. People here and some other sites and forums all seem to tell me the same thing which is there is just not a lot of 3d content out there right now. I don't know about you guys but have many movies in both anaglyph as well as field sequential 3d. Most of which have been purchased from a website called underground3dmovies.com which i have mentioned in some posts which has led me here writing this. I have had a few requests to review the films i have purchased from him which is pretty much everything he has as well as to comment on the customer service and all that good stuff. I would be more than happy to do this if anyone else is interested.

as a Fan of 3D Myself I bought a Few DVD's From this site. Altho the Quality is like a VCR Quality it looks a bit Bad but I guess better than nothing??

There are some Official Releases out there which are Really Good but not too good. I base my judgments on the 3D I saw in Disneyland and the 2 most recent movies out there. Beowulf, Journey to the Center of the Earth.. I guess I am Forever spoiled!!

Hi. I'm very curious about the movies on this site... could you tell us which ones you purchased? You say they are like VHS quality? But which films? They say their Friday the 13th 3D movie is a 8/10 quality-wise. But the only 3D version I know of is the VHD rip (field sequential). But is it possible they are something something like De-Anaglyph on Peter Wimmer's site to make better quality discs? Like take the 3D information from the VHD rip and the color from the new(er) DVD? They seem to offer both field sequential and anaglyph for everything...

Anyone else purchase from them?

If I get this right then this guy is somehow making a field-sequential 3d version from an anaglyph DVD. I imagine the quality might be sub-par but still better then nothing I guess.

Considering how little content there is available in 3d I guess every bit helps. Nice find.

Well, I ordered two discs, and have to say this guy does a very nice job, and is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend ordering to just about anyone. I grabbed Friday the 13th Part 3 and Jaws 3D. I had an old bootleg of the VHD disc of F13, and this DVD, while (I think) is from th same VHD source, looks world better than what I found a few years ago. First, he made it full anamorphic, so it fills the entire 16:9 frame (instead of a letterbox inside a 4:3 image). I think his source was better, too as this one looks better. Still not DVD quality by any means, but much nicer than anything I'd seen, and the 3D works very well on my samsung DLP. Haven't watched Jaws yet but popped it in for a minute and the quality is even better here.

He also told me that Paramount is putting out a proper 3D DVD of F13 pt3 sometime this year, and he plans to do a shutterglasses version - he also said he wouldn't charge for it as I already bought one and shouldn't have to pay for the same title twice, even for an upgrade.

Very happy overall and would encourage anyone to grab something - there's not enough 3D out there and this helps fill the void. 8)

I bought quite a few dvd's from them and they are all from "ok" to excellent except for 1, scar3D.
one of the view is completly dark and the other very clear so the movy is un-watchable I had to convert it myself from anaglyph (this way) to get a more decent result.
all other movies I had are fine and I'm (was) very happy with this site, they are very serious and send items very fast
