world time

hi!
i think that it would be great to have aprogram for knowing what time it is where everyone of us lives. i have found one and posted it on the ventrillo section but it would be great t find a program with a online database where if i put my data in, the data is saved on averybodys prog. it could be with a online database or maybe a map on the site with the names of the users written on the location with the current time written just under the name... don't know if something like that exists.
