Just Hypothetical:

When your idear would work you would build an Darwin Evolution on the Internet.
This means: In the final step of this evolution would stand an artifactial, intelligent Life form. Realy scary...
You would have build an etnity of nerly unlimited power wich ist totaly uncontrolled... Just like giving an atomic bomb to an maniac...
