THe V-Screen will enhance the perceived depth of 2 dimensional screen images and renders a full 3D experience from the PSP screen. The hardware will not require any software, electronic or headgear and will attach itself to the PSP.

From what I understand its using a proprietary Fresnal lens that acts sort of like a lenticular lens (ie performing a slightly different distortion for each eye). Its not real stereo 3D at all, its some sort of hack. I guess this might be on the same level as the pulfrich effect. If the device costs like under $20, I might pick it up just for fun but otherwise is seems like a cheap gimmick.
