They've got it for sale on 3dstereo.com for $800 and mention an HD model coming later this year. I want one.

AUTO-STEREOSCOPIC Screens allow full 3D Stereo viewing without the need for any 3D glasses - similar to, but one technologically giant step ahead of lenticular viewing.
what are they talking about, did they develop some revolutionary new technology or something? its looks like an HMD to me.

It does have HMD style binoculars, but it also features a flip-up auto-stereo display. You can see that here:

The thing is, they say its better than a lenticular display and it doesn't appear to have the ridges like a lenticular display would. Maybe they did discover some revolutionary new method for auto-stereo. Its hard to say from just those pictures and no one seems to have one. Guess its gonna cost $800 to find out.
