Is Oblivion supposed to look like this?

Hey guys, i just managed to get oblivion running in red cyan anaglyph, however if you check the screen shot below it seems highly unlikely that that's how it should look. The screen shot is visible, but while playing its mostly dark red. I havent bought the glasses yet since i dont want them lying around if i cant manage to set the display up right, so id like to know if thats how the game SHOULD look like without glasses, and maybe the glasses will sort the image out? BTW, i'm using cyrodiil ENB mod, Its and enhanced lighting mod that adds god rays and other effects.
FINALLY solved it, turns out the dll from the enb mod was causing the distorted image, so i took a dll from vireio perceptions folder and put it in the game folder, overwriting the mods dll. took me 5 hours, but my glasses are on the way, i need a life.
