Meant to be Seen

Is there a way to install python modules into FreePIE? I tried pip on a pywin32 whl file I found, but I got a compatibility error. They had whl files for several versions of python, and I picked the one for the version that FreePIE uses. Should I get the latest whl instead, or am I doing something else wrong?
