DarbeeVision releasing 4K version

Post by 3DNovice »

Odd, you can not find the 1080P version anymore. I thought it was because the inventor passed away
and it died with him or it was tied up in probate legalities. But now I see a 4K version is coming

On the DarbeeVision news pages, they've announced a 4K version being released.

The 4K version, will not be cheap, coming in at $599.00 and unfortunately is only HDMI 2.0b (4K60 8-bit 4:4:4), future firmware update for 10/12 bit
Too bad because 4K@120 2D gaming is taking off with the new consoles. But HDMI 2.0b means that 1080P@120 is now supported
