SOYO S3D HDTV and S3D LCD monitors

Post by ssiu »

Good to have 2nd-tier and 3rd-tier brands to give more choices and drive down prices.
SOYO Crystal 3D Series LCD HDTVs at 46 inches bring an entirely new experience to the world of television viewing. Now, you can watch all of your favorite 2D movies in 3D with the help of our 3D stereoscopic display panel. On top of all of the cutting-edge 3D features included in the Crystal 3D Series, you can also still use it as a normal 2D television to watch your favorite TV stations and movies without the 3D effect. The Crystal 3D series incorporates HDMI inputs allowing you to enjoy High Definition movies and television with crystal clarity. Also, with the display's fast response time, high brightness and high contrast ratio, your movies will look and feel more alive.

SOYO Pearl 3D Series Monitors at 22 and 24 inches feature superior TFT (Thin Film Transistor) display technology wide viewing format for watching movies and HDTV, ultra-high contrast ratio , high brightness, super-fast pixel-response times (2ms), 2 watt stereo speakers, VGA, DVI, HDMI and audio inputs, and cables. This monitor leaves no room for compromise when it comes to enhancing videos, gaming, flight simulation or the latest AutoCAD model.

Cool more comp the better for standardization. 2ms is also good too. Guess it work with nvidia`s glasses like every other tv. I'm hoping there is a polarized tv set in CES too.

Yes the monitors are probably 120Hz. Note that they are showing a 24" which should be 1080p (1920x1080, or 1920x1200), unlike the 22" from Viewsonic/Samsung etc. (I do believe that Viewsonic/Samsung also plan to release 24" in the future, but only 22" initially.)

(1080p is important for PS3 S3D support, since PS3 does not output 1680x1050 resolution.)
