Horizon Zero Dawn: 3D Vision + ReShade + SuperDepth3D

i've seen a few posts talking about getting HZD working with ReShade & SuperDepth3D,
but i'm stumped on how to get it to work with 3d vision?
i tried all 3 wrapper types (helixmod, opengl, 3dmigoto)
i understand since it's a dx12 game, it doesn't play nice with 3dmigoto being limited to dx11
but is there any way to just, have some kind of pass-thru layer that converts the SBS output from SuperDepth into a 3d mode the way the Nvidia 3D video player does?
it seems if i wanted to, i could just use my oculus rift + virtual desktop to use the SBS output,
but i'm really more curious about pulling it off with my 3d vision glasses.
thanks for any advice!
