I have bought an LG 38GN950-B (37,5") IPS Gaming Monitor 144 Hz with 1ms pixel responce time - in real tests about 3,4ms. I connect the monitor using HDMI port ( HDMI 2.1).
I can play 2D games using 1600p resolution @ 120 hz. Can i edid this monitor to be Nvidia 3d Vision Ready? Som instruction will be good.

There were several threads about this on the old 3D Vision forums, but unfortunately Nvidia ruined the links.

What you would need to try, is spoofing the EDID with that of a Certified 3D Vision monitor. CRU allows this via editing of the Display id. John105 has a list available, try PMing him.

Then there is a utility that allows the sync timing of the glasses to be adjusted. No idea of where to find the links for it though.

You may also need to try enabling/disabling things in the monitor's OSD, like any type of motion blur reduction to reduce ghosting, as well as color settings, brightness, contrast.

Good Luck

This thread shows the tool, and has a download of the nv timings adjuster.

Unfortunately there are multiple threads on the same subject. I replied to OP in this thread (which made it worse!):

I don't know if he'll come back and post more details.
