Vireio Perception 4.X on Windows Mixed Reality

I've got a Lenovo Explorer, and I've been wanting to try injecting a couple games like GTAV and Portal into VR. Will Vireio Perception work with Windows Mixed Reality headsets? How does Vireio work, what does it use? OpenVR, or something else?
