I find a project for HeadTracking , but ask help for change , because i want add position x,z,y for have 6dof.

It is not really possible - position tracking with accelerometer alone would be impractical to use.

but for the position you can use the gyroscope

No, you cannot. Gyroscopes are used to determine rotation.
