Force PCIe 3.0

This may not be an issue for many of you, but if it is there is a solution.

To check use GPUz, if it says PCIe x 16 2.0, be sure to to click the "?" mark next to it and run
the PCI Express Render Test, Power saving features default to this value and 3.0 might be supported.

To force it, if the render test still indicates 2.0, you can use a utility that is said to increase performance, provided that your CPU/GPU support it.

Use at your own risk, I have not personally tried this utility
