3DeeFlector - autostereoscopic for your laptop

Post by staticbuddha »

http://www.wazabee.net/node/290

- No price as of yet, and its a bit of a let down as it only works on 13.3" screen

Which I must say, screen size issue is one of the major things that let wazzabee down. They have a autostereosocpic monitor aswell which is 15" , Being a gamer its all about size for me, nothing below 22".

I hope Wazabee get on board and release a 22" screen and keep it under a grand

I found i-Art (http://www.iart3d.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) has a full series of similar products http://www.iart3d.com/ENG/Products/Auto ... erview.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for Netbook and Notebook PCs. If you'd like to play Direct3D games, then you'll need their Auto3D Driver http://www.iart3d.com/ENG/Products/Auto ... er_Eng.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for that.

I have seen i-Art 3D in action. Interesting product for gaming. No movie player available though...

How well does it work in your opinion, say on a scale of 1 to 5 (1=poor, 5=excellent)?

I attended a "3D FPD & Digital Signage Seminar" in Taipei last week. I've seen i-Art's NetBook3D 8.9", Auto3D Kit 13.3", Auto3D Display 22" and Auto3D Display 47". In their NetBook3D 8.9" demo, it's just focused on 3D image/photo application. But, I was impressed by the 3D game demos on their Auto3D Kit 13.3" and Auto3D Display 22". Its 3D effect is really amazing. I would give them scale 4.5 (1=poor, 5=excellent).
