Calling Cybereality for a parallax barrier

I recently found this monitor in the trash: https://www.bluepoint.net/items/techinf ... =HANMON096
Okay, laugh as much you want, but incredibly, it works perfectly. It's a 17 inch monitor, with a native resolution of 1440x900. I want to mod it for glasses-free 3D, and I know you make (or used to make) parallax barriers. Although I know the general principle on how they work, I know next to nothing about how to actually make one.

Do you still make parallax barriers? If you do, what are your prices? If you don't, how would I proceed to mod this monitor?
