Losing sync with emitter

This problem I believe started once I replaced my motherboard/cpu and ram, it is not every game but a lot of them lose sync usually immediately after booting the game, sometimes I have to start moving my character/car/ or whatever before it starts. This happens with my 3d vision dell monitor and my projector, but have no issue when using my LG 4k3dtv. I have upgraded drivers several times since v 418.xx or so , it was doing this when I was on W10 1809. Now I have upgraded to the latest build and using Schwings instructions on getting 3d vision to work and I have the same results. Matter fact , I did not even have to use Schwings guide to get my other games to work that normally have no issues. Just wondering if anyone has a potential solution.
