Why FreePIE mouse does not work on on-screen keyboard?

Hello everyone,
I was using WiiMote to emulate a mouse. The function of moving and clicking was 100% correct. I could interact on notepad for example. However, I found that I cannot effectively click on any keypad of the on-screen keyboard. I tried several laptops. There was only one working with Windows 10, and seems OS is not the main issue here as I tried several Windows 10 devices. Does anyone know the reason why it doesn't work and how to solve it? Thank you!
