Meant to be Seen

Ive been using FreePie to emulate Vive buttons to keyboard over Razer Hydra controller , yet images of Vive controller on screen replaced by Razer Hydra controllers . Is there any chance to replace images of Razer controllers with HTC Vive controllers ?

The virtual controller models can be replaced easily. Subscribe to a model from the workshop then in the SteamVR Settings select that model.

I believe it is meant that vive controllers are visually lost in games.
After emulating hydra controllers (ie starting hydra and emulating a simple keyboard button press) vive controllers are visually gone in games.
So literally no controllers are seen.
I confirm, it happens to me as well.
