FreePIE not opening after installing Leap Motion Plugin

Is this a common issue? I tried to use the Leap Motion Plugin from http://www.mtbs3d.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=139&t=19753. After installing, when opening FreePIE, it just does not appear, I cannot find any error logs or messages. When I uninstall FreePIE and reinstall it is fixed. Just deleting the Leap Motion files does not work which is weird. Is there a solution to this?
