What panels in Rift CV1 or HTC Vive??

Does anyone know what panels Oculus is planning to use in CV1? Or what panels HTC is using in the Vibe?

So far I know "the Rift runs at 2160×1200 at 90Hz split over dual displays." Or 1280x1200 per eye.

And the vibe has "A 1,200 by 1,080 pixel screen in front of each eye, with refresh rates of a blistering 90 frames per second."

I hope someone has better info to share.

Mind you that the Vive specs are for the prototype and not confirmed to be the final ones. While those are the final specs for the Rift.

Just a followup...

The ifixit Vive teardown shows a part number for the screens: (Samsung) AMS361EP01
and for the display chip: (Toshiba) TC358870XBG

The ifixit Rift CV1 teardown shows a part number for the screens: AMS351DP01
with the same display chip: TC358870XBG

Neither display panel part numbers show up on panelook.com

I bet the OSVR HDK2 screens are very similar, if not the same parts...

The OSVR uses AUO Optronics panels which are sold as "3.81 in oled panels" on alibaba, and as well, uses the same toshiba MIPI-DSI bridge.
