how to vertically flip top picture using perception

i made a polarized 3d screen using a general lcd monitor, no stereo 3d game driver can be vertically flipping the top picture , i got panic, while watching top/under videos, i feel so cool!!
i am new to use perception, and have no idea to solve my problem. any one who can help me will be appreciated!!!

If it was existing I maybe would remove my iZ3D driver.

You'd have to write a shader output for flipping the image. It can already do over/under, so I think it would be possible with a little work.
