TriDef 3D Ignition 3.8.1 beta 3

New release out
"Here's a new beta version of Ignition. As usual this can be installed on top of an existing TriDef 3D installation (OEM or retail), but please be aware that beta versions are not fully tested.
Changes:
- Fixed mouse cursor duplication for DX9 side-by-side output.
- Added profile: Metal Gear Rising
- Added profile: Of Orcs and Men
- Added profile: NBA 2K13
- Added profile: NBA 2K14
- Updated profile: Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag
