Tomb Raider Reboot 3D Vision Pictures and suggestions

Post by Dom »

Someone who has tombraider reboot with 3d vision, could you show me what it looks like and how many fps and giving best picture results with graphics settings.

I have this game on ps3 console and was wondering if its worth it to play with 3d vision on pc.

Hope I am not demanding to much, thanks. :shutter

Well i picked up this game for pc cause i could not resist to play it on ps3 and not know what the 3d looks like. Nvidia has it listed as 3d ready too. And after playing it a bit in 3d with 3d vision Boy does it seem good. Its such, even more awesome since this game feels so animated with quality and Good story telling.

Now I want to record some 3d vision gameplay with Fraps-game recorder. The thing now is that Fraps only records the left side of the game for stereo side by side, the right side is black. It's a bug because Fraps support said so. Although they said this and that might work.

I was wondering if there was a definite solution now, or I must wait until what ever coding needs to be spread. I guess now the nvidia 700 series have a h264 game recorder, I wonder if it will do 3d recording too.

Well today I made a call/ticket to Nvidia to explain about this issue with Fraps and recording in stereo3d and also about screen smearing/dpi accession because honestly I've had a rough time with computer gaming in the last two years with different visual qualities, so I thought I would voice concern to them since I spent about 200 hours approximately upgrading, installing and switching settings without a definite solution.

It could be windows 8 kernel but its far out of what I could think of other than a hardware issue. I've had my processor since 2010 and I think they last for around 4-5 years, But maybe soon I will see what is available. I really wanted amd/intel to get some slipliner chips out that do photonic core processing without those nasty pins. Its still good though even though everyone/most in computing wants a leap in their processors.
