My homemmade flightsimulator (stereocopic)

Post by Hornet »

This is my homemade soaring simulator cockpit. Works with 2 DLP projectors, Matrox Dualhead2Go in 2048x768 85 Hz resolution and in 3D -stereocopic (7600 GT, shutterglasses) , Headtracking is used Trackir 4 Pro, The instruments are powered with Soaringsuite software from Simmeters from second PC, GPS software (Seeyou) on PDA is running with use of NMEA output from primary PC (Running with Condor soaring simulator). This setup is awesome... :-)

enjoy

System works in 3D absolutely problemless, at 85 Hz flicker is practically no noticeable.
