Not sure if its been posted here before, but I just saw this cool video about the history of VR. I focuses on the Forte VFX-1, but also mentions the Rift at the end.

Yeah, I wasn't really saying it was a good in-depth study of VR, but just a cool video to watch.

Hit me! haha cool video, and the resolution of 263x230 on the vfx1 sounds pretty crazy. although i did play quake 1 in 320x200 back in the day
