Well depending on the game you may have to get the inverse-transpose from the shader value (looks like you are only getting the transpose). You are also calling the real "GetVertexShaderFloatConstant" at the end of the function when I think it should be "GetVertexShaderFloatConstantF". Not sure what else is wrong, hope that helps.

Sorry, I cannot share the source code because I am working on a commercial product. However, you should take a look at Biclops. It is an open-source 3D driver similar to mine:
