WTF Nvidia! Did you just bin the whole custom resolution/refresh rates section? I sure as hell can't find it in the NvCpl. Granted, it wasn't working all that great - but definitely better than nothing at all!
Now i can't run my HD65 in 120Hz since that's not a "reported" resolution.. Or my Mitsu hc3800 in frame-interpolated 48Hz.

/end rant

Since winxp nvidia are cutting down every usable function that people needs to refine their experience or even to get their things going.
They are turning a swiss army knife into duplo...
Come on nvidia! People that stupid should not use computers.

I ran this by Nvidia customer support and just got the reply. I'll just skip to the fun part: "these settings are available in the NVIDIA control panel & they are not discontinued. "

Phew!

thing is, i wouldn't be at all surprised if they actually did this. I completely agree with Likay, it does seem like they've intentionally stripped out feature by feature since the XP days, just to "re-launch" them in their new, expensive cards as soon as people start complaining.
