Mitsubishi DLP WD-73C11 & old E-Dimensional Wireless Glasses

Post by KydDynoMyte »

I just got a good deal on a Mitsubishi WD-73C11 DLP TV. My old E-Dimensional wireless glasses work fine with it. Even the E-Dimensional IR emitter that use to plug into the VGA dongle works when plugging it into the TV 3d port. Finally confirmation that my old E-Dim stuff works, I never got them to work right with an LCD monitor. The 2 LED emitter seems pretty strong. It's hard to turn far enough away to get the glasses out of sync. But since the emitter renders all the remote controls useless when it's on, I think I'll be picking up some DLP Link glasses. I couldn't find confirmation E-Dimensional worked on the new DLP TVs, so I wanted to put this out there in case someone else tries to google it. It should work with all the 2011/2012 Mitsubishi DLP sets. I don't know if it would work on older models.
