I made a mistake on a form. But I can not change or delete this entry.
How can I do?

long time ago i did this but if not too many things have been altered you should be able to resubmit the form.
Mb: Asus P5W DH Deluxe
Cpu: C2D E6600
Gb: Nvidia 7900GT + 8800GTX

Yes you simply have to re-submit with the exact same parameters (driver, system, etc) and it will replace your previous one.

One time I was able to delete one of my entry by starting to re-submit a game but I stopped before the end.
