Very nice review. I always wanted the VFX1 when I was younger, but couldn't afford it as a jobless teen. Now that I am older I can afford such things, but its seems not too many companies are pushing the industry forward. I do have the VR920, and I got the first batch of units on pre-order, so mine says Icuiti on it. I also have the Wrap 310, which is a fun little device. Vuzix is just about the only company keeping it real these days.

Johnny-Mnemonic thank you-very well done. I had one of those Voodo banshee 3d acceleraters. It was a good video card for its time. And would be a step up from the S3. Though with the low resolution display it may not matter.

cheers everyone

Thanks Chiefwinston!
Once myself I had Voodoo 2 video card, that was a monster, longer than a motherboard I had at a time :D
covered with chips from both sides, was pretty impressive hardware for it's time, but not compatible with VFX1, Banshee possibly could do the trick.

Funny, I also, had 2 of the Diamond monster vodoo 2 cards running in SLI mode. The cards set me back $500. And the 21" crt monitor was another $1500. All of it is worth less than $50 now. But I had a great time playing Quake 2 at around 60 fps. Those figures are in american dollars by the way. Again thanks for the great information. I look forward to you future posts.

cheers everyone
