Topics list broken for unregistered users

Seems like unregistered uses cannot browse the topics in the following forums:

3D Glasses
Other 3D Hardware

If you enter them as an unregistered user, all you get is an error:

You do not have the required permissions to read topics within this forum.

The same message appears in most top-level groups of forums except MTBS Service Links & Forum Information, where the topics from all subforums do appear in a single list, and in most second-level groups where a registered users would instead receive

There are no topics or posts in this forum.
